THE CRESCENT VERSUS THE CROSS

His knights of the cross.

The sacred land is the cause of strife,
Kilometers behind.
The ear can clearly hear
Oriental motives

Chorus: Clash of ideas,
So much blood and death.
Endless feud
Again and again the crescent versus the cross.

Somewhere out there, by the sand dunes
The two walls came face to face.
The cross is glowing on one side,
The crescent soars above the other.
They fought to the death, tore their throats,
But that haze cleared away.
On both sides they lay down
Doomed by the blind faith .
